Need help with your Spoken Nerd download?

JUST FOR GRAPHS, FULL FRONTAL NERDITY and YOU CAN'T POLISH A NERD

Whether you buy the download version - or get a free download with a DVD, VHS, floppy disk or giftpack - our shows are delivered as a single zip file, containing .mp4 files of the main feature and any extras, plus a download version of the DVD booklet.

As well as getting a link in your browser immediately after your check out, you will also get an email shortly after purchase with a unique link to download. It should come from shop@festivalofthespokennerd.com, and it's worth checking your spam or trash folders if it doesn't arrive in your inbox after a few minutes. If your download cuts out before it is complete, or is very slow, just try again a while later and the system should let you re-download.

The .mp4 file in our show downloads will most likely play just fine on your default video player: Windows Media Player and the latest versions of Quicktime and iTunes to name a few. If you have any problems, we recommend downloading free video player VLC for Windows or Mac (http://www.videolan.org/). It definitely plays the files in our show downloads, and will also let you switch between the different audio tracks and subtitles which your default player might not. If you have a Linux machine... well, you clearly know what you're doing.

We've had reports of problems when trying to download these zip files to phones, iPads and other tablets. Unfortunately the Shopify system isn't set up very well to deal with downloading to devices.... Our best suggestions is to find a way to download the zip files to a desktop or laptop computer, and transfer them to your device. If that's not possible, possible get in touch via shop@festivalofthespokennerd.com.
